We use wheat from Caputo, a company founded 100 years ago in Naples, Italy, the home of pizza! Our wheat-based bakery, Ore no Bakery Ebisu, is a wheat expert, and our pizza dough is made in-house. The dough arrives daily and is fermented in-house. Once an order is placed, the dough is rolled out, topped, and baked, so you can enjoy it piping hot. It's soft, chewy, and delicious!
